WEIQIAO Germany GmbH is based in Düsseldorf and is the European headquarters of the Shandong Weiqiao Pioneering Group. Due to business development, we are currently looking for an experienced and dynamic PR Specialist to join our team. With your in-depth knowledge and passion for the industry, you will be a key force in driving our success.
You will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies to promote corporate objectives in Europe/Germany
- Lead and build the PR team, and conduct measures for internal knowledge development
- Establish and maintain relationships with media, industry organizations, and other relevant stakeholders
- Analyze media reports
- Develop and manage a marketing strategy for our own channels (website and LinkedIn)
- Lead and support the organization of events, and participate in relevant industry events and networking meetings
- Work closely with the domestic PR department
We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:
- More than 3-5 years of experience in PR/Marketing
- A degree in PR, Business Administration with a focus on Marketing, Media and Communication Management, or a comparable qualification
- Experience in managing public relations for large companies or well-known brands is advantageous. Ideally, you have knowledge in the manufacturing industry, especially in the metal sector
- Excellent communication and writing skills, experience with MS Office, WordPress, and social media channels
- Strong team management and leadership skills
- Excellent organizational and coordination abilities, and independent project management skills
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Driver’s license is desirable
