You will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Maintaining and expanding the company’s recruitment channels, updating recruitment information
- Assisting in the execution of recruitment tasks, including resume screening, interview scheduling, and coordination
- Establishing, maintaining, and updating personnel information records
- Assisting in handling procedures for employee onboarding, probation, job transfers, and departures
- Assisting in reviewing and revising various company management rules and regulations
- Assisting in administrative reception tasks for the company
We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:
- Preferred majors in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, International Marketing, Business Management, Journalism, or related fields
- Proficiency in written and spoken German or English at an advanced level, along with excellent cross-cultural communication skills
- Proficiency in using office software such as MS Office
- Strong team spirit, effective communication, and organizational skills
- Confident and professional demeanor
- Willingness to engage in communication and collaboration with others
