Marketing Specialist

Shandong Weiqiao Pioneering Group is a global leader in the fields of aluminum and textiles. WEIQIAO Germany GmbH is based in Düsseldorf and is the European headquarters of the Shandong Weiqiao Pioneering Group. Due to business development, we are currently looking for an experienced and dynamic Marketing Specialist to join our team. With your in-depth knowledge and passion for the industry, you will be a key force in driving our success. 
You will be responsible for the following tasks: 

  • Marketing management: contributing to the achievement of business goals and company growth through marketing initiatives 
  • Build and maintain relationships with partners, customers and external service providers 
  • Monitor the market and competitive environment, identify trends and target groups, and derive innovative ideas for targeted marketing strategies. 
  • Preparation of market analyses, marketing reports and presentations for the management 
  • Project coordination: planning and implementation in varied projects 
  • Planning, preparation, realization and follow-up of internal and external events, e.g. trade fairs and conferences   
  • Participation in relevant industry events and networks for brand presence and business development 
  • Close working with our international colleagues 
We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications: 

  • A successfully completed degree in (international) marketing, business administration with a focus on marketing, media and communication management or a comparable qualification 
  • 2-3 years of professional experience in marketing or project management 
  • Confident handling of MS Office, WordPress and all common social media channels 
  • Analytical thinking and the ability to plan and organize round off your profile 
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills, negotiation skills and a high level of commitment and flexibility 
  • A results-oriented and structured way of working 
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills 
  • Strong intercultural skills 
  • Driving license preferable
