Sales Specialist – Aluminum Products (m/f/d)

WEIQIAO Germany GmbH, headquartered in Düsseldorf, serves as the European hub of Shandong Weiqiao Pioneering Group. Due to our growing business activities, we are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Specialist to join our team. With your strong industry knowledge and passion for the field, you will play a key role in driving our success forward.

You will be responsible for the following tasks: 

 

  • Sales of aluminum processing products, including aluminum sheets, foils, and lightweight components in the European market

  • Development of new sales markets and proactive acquisition of new clients across various sectors such as automotive, construction, packaging, and industrial applications

  • Market analysis, including trends, pricing developments, and competitive landscape in the European aluminum sector; formulation and implementation of suitable sales strategies

  • Close cooperation with the international team to manage the entire sales process — including quotation preparation, price negotiation, contract finalization, and delivery coordination

  • Building and maintaining long-term business relationships with customers and partners throughout Europe

  • Ensuring compliance with local trade and import regulations, and preparing the necessary documentation for international business transactions

  • Handling additional tasks related to the sales of aluminum products

We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications: 

 

  • Successfully completed degree or vocational training in metallurgy, materials science, mechanical engineering, business administration, international trade, or a related field

  • At least 3 years of experience in sales of aluminum or related metal products, ideally with a focus on lightweight components or industrial applications

  • Solid understanding of international trade processes and relevant regulatory requirements

  • Strong skills in business negotiation and communication with the ability to handle complex commercial matters independently

  • Fluency in German or English, with strong intercultural competence

  • High resilience, team orientation, and adaptability

  • Willingness to travel for business purposes; a valid German driver’s license is an advantage
