Düsseldorf, 19.09.2024
From October 8 to 10, the Weiqiao Pioneering Group (WEIQIAO) once again showcased itself at ALUMINIUM 2024. This year, sustainability, recycling, and the circular economy were among the key themes of the world’s leading trade fair for the aluminum industry.
This year, WEIQIAO set up exhibition areas focused on green aluminum, aluminum packaging, and lightweight components, presenting the group’s innovative products and technologies aimed at an environmentally friendly and low-carbon future.
Expert Discussions – A Highlight at the Booth
One of the highlights of WEIQIAO’s presence at the fair was the engaging expert discussion followed by a networking session, co-hosted with the Aachen-based aluminum cluster AMAP. Experts and scientists were invited, including members of AMAP such as the German Aluminum Association, industrial partners, and institutes from RWTH Aachen University.
Visit from the Chinese Consul General
Du Chunguo, the Consul General of the Chinese Consulate in Düsseldorf, visited the booth and was particularly interested in the recycled aluminum products and the progress of the group’s green development initiatives.
High Demand at the Booth
Other guests, including representatives from Düsseldorf’s Economic Development Office, NRW Global Business GmbH, partners from WEIQIAO’s network, and numerous trade fair visitors, took the opportunity to engage with WEIQIAO’s aluminum experts at the booth.
WEIQIAO will continue to drive the sustainable transformation of the aluminum industry across the entire value chain and remain actively involved in international cooperation in the future.
