From April 22nd to 26th, the Weiqiao Pioneering Group participated in Hannover Messe 2024 for the first time, showcasing a range of innovative products including high-strength aluminum alloys, lightweight solutions, recycled aluminum, and integrated die-casting technologies. 

Particularly popular among visitors were their lightweight products for the automotive industry, aluminum foam, and innovative aluminum alloys. The highlight of the booth was the hydrogen tank, a new product from the group, highlighting Weiqiao’s leading position in product development and competitiveness in the international market. 

Strengthening International Relations and Collaborations 

During Hannover Messe, representatives from the Weiqiao Pioneering Group engaged in intensive discussions with various industry experts and organizations. 

Under the leadership of Prof. Dr. Hai Zhang, Director of the Weiqiao Suzhou Lightweight Research Center, the group met with experts and exchanged views on the latest developments and potential cooperation opportunities in hybrid die casting, aluminum component lifetime prediction, process simulation, and analysis of material failure mechanisms. Interest was expressed in long-term collaboration to jointly develop new aluminum alloys and advanced processing technologies. Additionally, the group established contacts with research institutions to develop digital simulation and analysis technologies, machine vision, and digital twin applications. 

By participating in one of the world’s largest industrial trade fairs, Hannover Messe 2024, under the theme “Energizing a Sustainable Industry,” and showcasing their industrial solutions for the aluminum sector, the Weiqiao Group emphasizes its sustainable strategy and its ability to make a significant contribution to the innovative development of the manufacturing industry.
